Conditions of Sale
Customers are responsible for reading the product brochure to install and operate these products safely and properly. All customers must acknowledge that they are the Ultimate End User of Radius Engineering Inc. products and that it will be installed within the United States and reselling or transporting Radius Products for export is a serious criminal federal offense and can only be exported by Radius with an export license.
1. Radius products are International Trade and Arms (ITAR) regulated by the Department of Defense Trade Council (DDTC) and exporting or transporting Radius products outside of the U.S. without an Export License through Radius is a severe criminal violation under U.S. Federal Laws.
2. The cancellation fee is 25% of the order pre-production, 50% post-production.
3. The cancellation fee for special orders will be 25% - 100% of order based on the degree of specialty.
4. If customer fails to make payments according to terms on the invoice, Radius may at its option, give priority manufacturing other customer orders which must be finished once started, or consider the order canceled.
5. There is no charge for storing finished products that are completely paid for. Orders that are put on hold by the customer for more than two months will be subject to any new price increases and various storage fees depending on the product if this hold takes effect after the product is manufactured, and the product is stored by Radius.
6. Radius Engineering Inc. reserves the right to make product price changes and improvements without advance notice.
7. payments will be made by a wire transfer or check. No C.O.D. or cash orders are accepted. It is strongly recommended that payments be sent FEDEX or UPS Letter to assure tracking.
8. The balance on the order must be received at least 10 business days prior to the shipping date.
9. EXPORT SALES- EXPORT ORDERS CAN ONLY BE PLACED THROUGH RADIUS ENGINEERING INT'L INC. USA. RADIUS ENGINEERNG INT'L INC DOES NOT ALLOW ANY PARTY TO ACCEPT PAYMENT OF ANY KIND.
