The Earthcom 32-10 GANDAR is designed for 64 people with 8 individual condos and a generator room at one end with two 5000 gal diesel tanks. The main entrance is through a spiral stairwell with a hydraulic hatch. The secondary entranceway is through a standard stairwell at the opposite end of the spiral stairewell. All food storage is on the second level. This configuration includes two 20 KW generators, tanks, foundation trays, arches and dome end walls. Green Eye Tech can complete the Fit-Out for the inside. This configuration is shown using modular walls of aluminum and fiberglass. It is based on a two year shelter duration for power and food storage volume. The Gandar configuration is based on the "Open Condo" design and actually allows a normal life style for long periods. Radius can customize the floor plan and conventional construction can also be used for the interior.
